Off-grid Transit Camper Conversion
This system was designed to work without any campsites or shore power during the warmer 6 months of the year.
It can run normal daily power loads for 5 days without any sunshine or driving time. In reality, with modest cloudy sunshine and driving 30 minutes per day on average - it can stay charged off-grid indefinitely.

230 Amp Hour Fogstar Drift Lithium Battery
400 Watt Rigid Solar Panel mounted on the roof.
Victron 50 Amp B2B Battery Charger ( charges the leisure battery from the alternator while driving ).
Victron MPPT Charge Controller - This sits between the solar panels and the leisure battery.
Victron Multiplus 500 Inverter / Charger - A 2 in 1 unit that allows for shore power charging in campsites and converts the 12V DC battery power to 230V AC power for household 3-pin sockets.
Loads:
This system powers a Fridge, Roof Fan, 8 LED Spotlights, 4× 3-pin Sockets, 4x USB Charging Sockets, a Reading Light, Diesel Heater and Starlink Wifi.
